Good evening, been thinking of how to stop or cancel automatic application update from Playstore on your device, you are definitely on the right page. Few days ago , I wrote on how to backup phonebook contacts to Gmail on Android which I then later promised to write a new post which will enable you access your backup contacts. Therefore, I’m about to fulfill my promise. Login to your Gmail account from any browser. Click on CONTACTS which is found on the sidebar. There, you will see your contacts including the recently mailed contacts, just click all contacts then you will see the mobile numbers you backed up.
