Latest Working Simple Server and Psiphon IP Address and Ports For October

Last month I gave out a considerable number of
working IP and Port for simple android server and
Psiphon for those blazing MTN 2go , MTN BIS and
etisalat social and chat pack. Now most of those IP
has been used by sharp guys that are following this
blog so i thought of sharing another set of latest
working IP for our new members here. These IP
addresses are tested and working smoothly so if
you are not using tweakware vpn , you can easily
tweak your Psiphon or Simple Android Server using
