Good evening, been thinking of how to stop or cancel automatic application update from Playstore on your device, you are definitely on the right page. Sometimes when your Device Playstore is set to automatically update applications, its leads to wastage of data because most of the apps to be updated are not used by the owner. The easiest method of stopping automatic application update on your device is to edit the settings of the PLAYSTORE on your device. Few days ago , I wrote on how to backup phonebook contacts to Gmail on Android which I then later promised to write a new post which will enable you access your backup contacts. Therefore, I’m about to fulfill my promise. Login to your Gmail account from any browser. Click on CONTACTS which is found on the sidebar. There, you will see your contacts including the recently mailed contacts, just click all contacts then you will see the mobile numbers you backed up.
