 Many people do see video tutorials on youtube and do wonder how the tutorial video was recorded. But as you are reading and enjoying this post, I will show you how to record the desktop screen using VLC player.

1. launch your VLC player and Click on the MENU TAB as you can see below.
Then Click on the OPEN CAPTURE DEVICE or CTRL + C.
